4. Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis that legitimises the processing is the data subject's consent, under Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. This consent is obtained in an explicit, free, informed and specific manner through the cookie banner that appears the first time the user accesses the site. If the user withdraws consent earlier, processing will cease and the data associated with the analytics cookies will no longer be collected.

7. International transfers

Google LLC is certified under that framework. More information at www.dataprivacyframework.gov.

9. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If the user considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office: www.aepd.es.
10. Security measures
The data controller has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed. These include: HTTPS encryption on all site communications, IP anonymisation in Analytics, and immediate withdrawal of consent from the cookie panel.
11. Changes to the privacy policy
The controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to changes in the site's activity. Any amendment will be published on this same page, with express indication of the date of the last update in the document header.
